4. Ship the item using a trackable service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your dress for a different size or piece, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
